Returns & Refunds

Nutrilyfe products are food supplements. For hygiene and health protection reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used supplement products unless they are faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or not as described.

Sealed and Unopened Items

If your order arrives sealed and unopened and you wish to cancel, you have a 14-day statutory cancellation period from the date of delivery.
